These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Manduca Music Publications online store and any purchase you make through it. The store is operated by Manduca Music Studios & Publications, 861 Washington Ave, Portland, ME 04103, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

We publish and sell printed music publications for educators, performers, students, and dealers. We make every effort to display titles, instrumentation, and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities, correct pricing errors, or refuse service. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the affected items.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout; we do not store your full card details. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

Orders are fulfilled as printed publications and shipped to the address you provide. Available shipping options and postage are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

If there is a problem with your order — a damaged item, a fulfillment error, or a defective publication — contact us with your order number and details so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. Because our products are printed music, we may be unable to accept returns of opened or used materials except where a defect is involved.

All publications, scores, engravings, recordings, logos, and site content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to Manduca Music Studios & Publications and its composers. Purchasing a publication does not transfer copyright. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, performance for hire, or redistribution is prohibited except as permitted by the publication’s stated license or by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manduca Music Studios & Publications is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
