Giles Farnaby (1560-1640) was an English composer who had over fifty virginal pieces included in the Fitzwilliam Virginal Book. This short piece allows the students to work on an early virginal piece and work on the ornaments. The four parts result in a rich sound. This is also an excellent rhythm study as each part has very different rhythms. There is a chart of ornaments.
