Jan Sweelinck's (1562 -1621) choral work for brass quintet by noted arranger Conrad DeJong, whose famous edition of Scheidt's Canzona Bergamasca has been commercially recorded numerous times. This is a delightful companion piece to the Scheidt and destined to become just as popular.There are two trombone parts-one which can substitute for the tuba if necessary.
