This work for tuba and piano was commissioned by Roger Vaughan. The Andante is a beautiful movement in the singing style set in the best range for beauty of tone and ease of expression. The last movement is a lively 4/4 with eighth and sixteenth note rhythms predominating.From the Rex Conner series.
